  • All orders in North America will be shipped through Canada Post and ChitChats.
  • All international orders will be shipped through Canada post, once reached your country it will be transferred to your Local Country’s carrier. ( USPS, Royal Mail, AUS Post, etc )

How much does shipping cost?

FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $150. ( Amount to qualify for FREE SHIPPING does NOT include shipping, and taxes. If you have used a discount code, the amount to qualify for FREE SHIPPING is after the discount code usage )

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order. Our Warehouse staff is working around the clock to get your order out in time!

NOTE: If you choose NO TRACKING at check out, We are NOT responsible for lost packages. We will not provide a refund if the package is lost or not delivered due to any reasons. Please remember the risk of loosing your package prior to choosing No track shipping option!


Where do you ship from?

Most of our orders are shipped from our Vancouver HQ, some orders may be shipped from our HK Warehouse.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link that will lead you directly to the order tracker. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation, please double check your spam and promotions folders.

 

What happens if I have not received my order, but tracking says delivered?

1. We will verify the shipping address with you.

  • If the address is incorrect due to customer's mistake. We unfortunately will not be responsible for the lost package. We recommend you trying to retrieve the package from the incorrect address, or contact the shipping carrier to see what they can do for you.
  • If the address is correct, we will file a ticket with the shipping carrier and resend you your package. You will need to assist the shipping carrier in the investigation of the package.

2. In some cases, the package will be returned to us due to incorrect addressing. We are not responsible for return shipping fee and you will be required to cover shipping back to you.

 

Where do you ship to?

We ship most of the countries world wide.

*We currently do not ship to: 

South Africa, Brazil, Iran, Pakistan, Lebanon, Syria, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, New Caledonia, Marquesas Islands.


My package is lost, what should I do?

Please email customer@vitaeapparel.com including your order number and we will assist you on locating your package


Will there be customs and duties?

For US & Canada orders, there will be no customs and duties. 

For international orders - if your package has duties and taxes, your customs or shipping carrier will notify you. Unfortunately these fees are out of our control and we will not be responsible for customs and duties.

The price of customs is completely varied from country to country, we are unable to advise you on the price. Please contact your local customs for more details.

If you refuse to pay customs, the package will be returned back to us. Once received the package back, we will deduct the related shipping cost and taxes.
